WHAT IS A HOME INSPECTION?

The home inspection is a complete evaluation of a structure (house) and its major systems.

WHO PERFORMS THE HOME INSPECTION?

The home inspection is performed by qualified Inspectors who have vast experience in home inspections and construction of buildings (residential and commercial).

WHAT DOES THE HOME INSPECTION INCLUDE?

The inspection begins with an evaluation of the exterior components of the structure:

The inspection continues with an evaluation of the major systems:

The structure is evaluated next from the Basement:

Foundation, Wood Framing System, Girders, Joists, Columns, Settlement, Water Conditions, etc.

A room to room check is then performed, identifying the type and condition of:

The attic is then inspected, evaluating the:

Wood Framing System: Rafters, Joists, Ridge, Sheathing, Insulation, Ventilation, Flooring, Attic Fans, etc.

The inspection is followed by a Written Report outlining major components of the building and recommendations for repair. Click to See a copy of our Inspection Contract
